How much are the shipping costs for the product I purchased?

For orders over € 129.00, shipping costs are free throughout Italy. For international orders and lower amounts, please refer to the relative table on the “shipping costs” page.


The product I purchased is broken/defected, what should I do?

First of all, send an email to the address or call one of our numbers to inform us of your situation. Fill out the return form which you can find inside the package, wrap carefully the product in order to ensure it is protected from transport impacts and attach the return form visibly in a way that covers any previous shipping address. We will arrange for the courier to pick up the item, while you will keep a copy of the return form signed by the courier. As soon as we receive your package, we will contact you to arrange either an exchange of goods or a refund of the amount you paid;


How can I get a quote for a custom product? (e.g.: chasuble with embroidery chosen by the customer, icon with customer’s image and measurements, a customized chalice or other metalwork)
