RETURNS AND REFUNDS



In the lines below you will read our return policy and the solutions we suggest to fix eventual problems.



If you want to take advantage of a product's return right, you can do it within 14 days after delivery. All you have to do is send an email to resi@myriamartesacrastore.it indicating the order number or the receipt number that is inside the box you received, the items you wish to return and reason for the return. We will contact you as shortly as possible (usually by the end of the day), instruct you on the procedure and agree a collection date for the courier. It is important to pack the items you wish to return carefully, using the same packaging that was used to send the items, to avoid damages during transport. 

NB: returns are not accepted for products sent by the client without prior notice and/or for worn articles. Returns are not accepted for custom orders or for goods produced according to customer scecific requests, tailor-made products or products packaged on demand, customized rosaries and religious items, flounces and gallons sold by the meter, lace and border trims sold by the meter, custom-made ecclesiastical sets.

Before signing the receipt of delivery to the carrier, it is necessary to inspect the package: if you hear breaking noises or the package is evidently damaged, please report it to the carrier, sign with reservation and photograph the package before opening it. Without this clause we, in our turn, won't be able to issue any claim against the courier.



Verify the return policy for the specific item you are buying.



We usually provide refunds within 14 days of receiving your goods, using the same payment method that you used when ordering. In case of orders made by cash on delivery payment method, we will ask you to share your bank account details in order to make a transfer.

The refund amount varies based on the reasons given for the return. These causes can be attributable to Myriam, to the courier, or simply to personal choices.



Refund policy

-          Reason for the return is a result of a client's choice: refund net of return costs.



You may decide to receive credit for the same amount spent, which will remain on your Myriam Arte Sacra account for six months. In this case, regardless of the reason for return, we will be solely responsible for return costs. If you don't use the credit within six months, you will be refunded.



Credit receipt policy

-          Reason for the return is a result of a client's choice: total refund.

If you don't use the credit within six months:

-          Reason for the return is a result of Myriam error: total refund;

-          Reason for the return is a result of courier error: total refund;

-          Reason for the return is a result of a client's choice: refund net of return costs.



In case of replacement of the goods you can decide to replace a product with one or more products of your choice.



Product replacement policy

-          Reason for the return is a result of Myriam error: free replacement;

-          Reason for the return is a result of courier error: free replacement;

-          Reason for the return is a result of a client's choice: the client only has to pay the transport.
