This pillow is entirely handmade by inmates of the House of Detention Forte Urbano in Castelfranco Emilia.
The pillow is made of elegant velvet fabric with synthetic lining. It belongs to the STRINGILA collection.
The front of the pillow depicts the Crucifix of Collevalenza, whereas the back is finely colored. The color on the back may vary, but always matches the front image.
Stringila is the only soft and comfortable cross-shaped pillow which can be hugged. This item comes from the desire of holding the cross to oneself with faith and devotion, as a gesture of help, relief and solace.
It is handmade by the inmates of the House of Detention Forte Urbano in Castelfranco Emilia. This project is possible thanks to the collaboration with the Social Cooperative “Giorni Nuovi", which has always been committed to seeking employment opportunities aimed at the reintegration of prisoners.
Stringila is not only a meaningful product, but also a solidarity initiative. For this reason, part of the proceeds will be donated to charity.
