Faille, in its most basic version, is a type of cloth characterized by thin cords, all of the same size. It is often made in silk and can be also made with wool and viscose.

This excellent quality fabric is very light and soft to the touch and is suitable for tailoring chasubles, dalmatics and copes.

Made by an Italian tailor’s shop specialized in ecclesiastical tailoring.
