This wine is prepared, bottled and sealed following the Code of Canon Law and under the control of the Director of the Liturgy Office of the diocese of Mazara del Vallo.
Code of Canon Law: _ the wine that is used in the most sacred celebration of the Eucharistic Sacrifice must be natural, from the fruit of the grape, pure and incorrupt, not mixed with other substances.
