They are made with simple ingredients, water and 00 flour, in compliance with all health requirements. The peculiarity of this type of host lies in the extension of the cooking time, which makes it “red” and crunchy. It is referred to as “BREAD” because it’s thicker than normal hosts (around 1.4 mm). The indicated expiry date is 12-18 months after purchase.
